Get a Growth Scan
FAQ

Common questions.

The things most founders want to know before they run their Amazon account on Circes.

What is the difference between Managed and Platform?+
Both run on the same AI system. Managed: our operators run your entire channel daily (bids, budgets, keywords, inventory) and you read a one-page report every Monday; pricing is scoped to your account. Platform: you get direct access, live dashboards plus the Circes recommendations engine, starting at $150/mo. You review and approve every action, and nothing changes on your account without you.
How does the free growth scan actually work?+
Three steps. First, a short call so we understand your brand and scope what to look at. Then you grant us temporary read-only access — you invite us as a view-only user from your own Seller Central, which takes about two minutes and can be revoked in one click. (Prefer not to grant access? Exports of your business reports work too.) A few days later you get the growth scan: wasted spend, rank gaps, inventory risk, and exactly what we'd do about it — yours to keep whether or not we work together.
What does onboarding look like, and how fast will I see results?+
First week: we connect to your Amazon account through Amazon's official authorization — you grant access from your own Seller Central — pull in your sales, advertising, and inventory history, and run a baseline analysis. Most brands see their first cost-saving actions within 14 days (waste keywords, structural bid issues), and meaningful TACoS movement within 30–60 days as the organic flywheel responds.
Who owns my data? Can I export it if I leave?+
You own everything. Your Amazon data never leaves your encrypted account, and you can export your full performance history, recommendations log, and baseline reports as CSV at any time. No 12-month contracts, no data lock-in.
Do you make changes without me?+
Circes analyzes the account and proposes changes, including bid adjustments, keyword exclusions, and budget reallocations. Every change requires human approval before it reaches your Amazon account. On the platform, your team reviews the recommendations. With the managed service, our operators review them and coordinate with you. A strong track record never removes the approval step.
What makes Circes different from other Amazon services?+
Most tools optimize one lever at a time and leave you to reconcile the results. Circes connects advertising, inventory, pricing, and margins so each recommendation considers the whole account. It explains the evidence and tradeoffs, then carries out supported changes after human approval. Your team can operate the platform, or our operators can manage the channel for you.
What about my existing campaigns and rules — do you tear them down?+
No. We inherit your existing structure, learn from its history, and improve incrementally. For structural changes — pausing a major campaign, restructuring an ad group — we walk you through the reasoning before we make the change. Usually it's because the math shows the campaign is structurally unprofitable, not because we'd do it differently.
How do you handle Amazon's 7–14 day attribution lag?+
This is one of the most common reasons PPC tools make bad calls. We exclude the last 3 days of data from every analysis because Amazon's attribution isn't settled yet — spend is recorded immediately but sales take days to attribute. Most tools cut bids prematurely on apparent ACoS spikes that resolve themselves once data settles. We don't.
What happens during a stockout or supply chain delay?+
The system tracks your FBA + AWD inventory and computes days of cover per SKU. When stock coverage is low, Circes screens out growth-oriented recommendations that could accelerate a stockout. When you restock, it can propose recovery actions to rebuild visibility. Any resulting bids, budgets, or campaign changes require human approval before they are applied.
Is my account secure? Do you store my Amazon credentials?+
Your account credentials are encrypted at rest, never logged, and never exposed in our application. We connect through Amazon's official authorization flow — the same security model Amazon uses for its own tools — and we never see or store your Amazon password. You can revoke our access in one click from your Seller Central account.
How does the system learn from my account?+
Every recommendation Circes makes is tracked against the actual outcome 7–14 days later: did ACoS improve, did sales hold up, and did the change move the needle? Outcomes inform future recommendations, while every change still requires human approval. To date, recommendations on our founder’s brand are applied at an 82%+ rate. That measures adoption; it does not remove the review step.
